Spring collage

This spring it seemed like Keeley grew up overnight- talking up a storm, learning colors, numbers and letters and understanding more than we ever imagined. Here's a little collection of memories of what Keeley was into back in 2013.

Taking care of her baby (let's hope this keeps up for baby sister's arrival)

 Snacking and grazing
Being "outside," so exciting that the weather is getting warmer

Sitting on the stoop with her stuffed animals (bunnies are still top choice)

 Spaghetti and meatballs!
  Doing things by herself ("self")
OObsessed with her sunglasses- she thinks they're for reading like "Nanny and Papa"
TThe "river," ie: stream behind our house- she cannot get enough of throwing rocks into it
The Elmo stroller from my Mom's neighbor, Mrs. Kroebel

 Watering the plants

Picnics and Tea parties with Mommy

More throwing rocks into the river

Car rides listening to "The Wheels on the Bus" and "Jack Be Nimble"

Farms, barns and "moo cows" ( this is Ferris Acres in Newtown which she loves)

Bri's 28th Birthday

Keeley and I took a trip down to West Babylon to celebrate Brianne's birthday, enjoying a beautiful sunny day with the family. Keeley was in the garden all afternoon with Nanny and had her first cupcake with Cool Whip!

Good Times with Lizzy!

Emmet's sister Liz came in on business to NYC this past weekend, and took the train up to Bethel to visit us! We LOVED having her in CT! Keeley was in her glory going on hikes and showing off her home to her new buddy.

April Showers

Thanks to Katherine and Fritz for the strawberry raincoat and my Mom for the matching boots, Keeley is outfitted for the season and can't get enough of "outside" or "the river," a small stream in our backyard which Dad takes her down to after work even in the rain!

Easter Sunday Funday

Keeley's first Easter riddle for basket from the Easter Bunny: "Where does Fidney rest her head? Where does Fidney go to bed?" She found it pretty fast!

Attempt at family photos - next year we won't look into the sun!

Cousins in their Easter dresses

Easter egg hunt in the backyard

Spoiled by all the aunts and uncles and Nanny and Papa with Easter treats and gift bags

 Hoppy Easter from Maddie :)

Wouldn't be a Fitzpatrick holiday without a house full of family- Highlight: Uncle Rob let Keeley play his drums for the first time!

Weekend in West Babylon for Easter

I came down to my parents on Friday so that Keeley and I could have some more playtime with the Gormans before the Easter rush. As always, plenty of fun stuff and fun people floating around at "Nanny and Papa's."

Lots of silliness with Papa as usual
 Mom enjoying the fun, too
Keeley found the stuffed animals of our childhood immediately

 And had tea with them...
A walk with Nanny at Belmont Park which turned into a long nap
 Lots of ducks to watch
Weather was amazing on Saturday, just in time for Dad to arrive
Never too early to get her started
"Hooray" and yes, she lined up the animals herself
 love these tights
new Minnie watering can from Aunt Bri= soaking her dress and loving life
