JoJo had the four of us over with our families for a big Italian meal and some poker, thanks to Gary. It was great to get together and hilarious to see the little ones interact.

Christmas Day
The partying continued in West Babylon and we had a fun-filled day, knowing we did not need to go anywhere!
Christmas Morning
Santa sure was good to Keeley- her favorite gifts including her first stocking, a Lennox Irish music box, an Irish doll, and a Winnie the Pooh snow globe. Also her growth chart from Aunt Bri brought a lot of laughs as she's not even up to the first line yet!

Christmas Eve
On Christmas Eve morning, Uncle Dennis came out to visit. Keeley had some quality time with Gpa and Nanny while Emmet and I got ready for mass.
Keeley wore her first Christmas dress from Mary Ferriter for church and was the queen of the party at Aunt Diane and Uncle Mike's. She slept through the whole mass on her Daddy's shoulder- what a proud walk up for communion!

Ross Friends in New York
Since we've been back from Dominica, it has been so much fun to reconnect with our med school friends in different places. Back in New York, we were again, reunited with some of my favorite Ross spouses :)
My friend Sam, who also grew up on Long Island, with her son Parker and Keeley at 6 weeks
Our friends Kelsey and Jordan, from Canada, in their Park Slope apartment this past weekend
The exposed brick and Christmas decor were so pretty Kels!

Last Stop- Brooklyn
Saturday night, Kerin and Sean let us use their apartment since they were out in West Babylon. They live in a beautiful neighborhood called Fort Greene on the 24th floor of a new building on Dekalb Avenue. The views from their window are unreal. Next morning, we met with Emmet's lifelong friend, Kerry O'Brien and enjoyed a lovely brunch before heading back to Long Island.

Rockefeller Center
On Saturday, Uncle Dennis escorted us to midtown so that we could show Keeley the most famous tree in NYC. Being that she was a bit fussy when we got out of the car, we ducked into the only quiet place we could find amidst the chaos of the Christmakuh pub crawl and all the tourists running about- St. Patrick's cathedral. As I was nursing in the back corner, mass began and we were unexpectedlyright in the middle of it!

Little Keeley in the Big Apple
This past weekend, we took Keeley on her first trip to New York City. Since Emmet was on call Thursday night, he was off on Friday giving us a three day weekend of sorts. Our first stop was my grandmother's apartment, which we used as a home base to walk to the South Street Seaport on Friday afternoon.

The fresh air and attention from strangers all around knocked her out
So Mom and Dad enjoyed a pint at "Fresh Salt" pub
Until she woke up to experience her first bar
