Last winter, I felt homebound a lot, with Cora still an infant and relentless storms and Emmet's tough work schedule that kept us from doing much. This year, we've been so lucky to have Emmet on a more lenient schedule since he's in an outpatient clinic in Ridgefield for a few weeks, in combination with some pretty snow and more manageable January weather. Emmet and I both love to bundle up and enjoy the winter season, so we're trying to instill that in our little girls, as well.
